The purpose of this course is to hone your sales and service procedures (a) to complement your passion, your purpose, your business strategies and your marketing plans and support efforts; and (b) to achieve those planned results. Tracking those steps and moving clients from one to the next is the focus of the delivery, learning and implementation of these skill sets.
This course is delivered in two parts. The first part is a series of 5 teleconference discussion sessions (up to 2 hours each), which include both facilitators and class participants (business owner/managers). Each teleconference is preceded by an assignment (independent study). Participants are then given 90 days to implement and integrate the learning. The second part is a follow-up teleconference, preceded by a questionnaire, to discuss and review experiences and results. Every teleconference session is recorded and posted to a confidential webpage to allow for review (listening or download) at any time during the course.
