The purpose of this course is to review and establish all of the essential components of a marketing plan and to implement it. Marketing writes the script for prospecting, selling, repeat business, referrals and service - including the website, the advertising and the brochures. You are the screenwriter for your performances. In this course you will come face-to-face with your unanswered marketing questions and with the need to orchestrate your marketing efforts in order to present consistency in every contact.
This course is delivered in two parts. The first part is a series of 5 teleconference discussion sessions (up to 2 hours each), which include both facilitators and class participants (business owner/managers). Each teleconference is preceded by an assignment (independent study). Participants are then given 90 days to implement and integrate the learning. The second part is a follow-up teleconference, preceded by a questionnaire, to discuss and review experiences and results. Every teleconference session is recorded and posted to a confidential webpage to allow for review (listening or download) at any time during the course.
